With the advent of information technology and communication, psychological testing and assessments are done via computers. This study focused on implementation of personalized e-learning distance web-based education anchored on Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI). The aim of the study is to identify the learners’ styles of learning via the results of their online test on MBTI in order to improve their learning performance.
The researchers created a new model of adaptation system via the e-learning based on the researches on the works on cognitive theories on students’ learning preferences. The learners will answer an online MBTI questionnaire to classify their psychological type and learning preferences. When the learners were able to identify their psychological types and learning preferences, the e-learning will provide resources that are compatible to the learners’ profile in order for learners to achieve their optimum learning capacity.
