Thank You Box

“Learn from the lessons life teach you and don’t waste your time on people who are there in your life for their convenience and who cheat you, lie to you or stab you at your back. Don’t allow people to use you then forget you. Just be strong and don’t let anyone/anything break your spirit. Choose the people who you want to stay in your life. The people who in 10 years from now, you would be proud to say they are your friends.”

– Brigitte Nicole

Hard times are often blessings in disguise. Let go and let life strengthen you. No matter how much it hurts, hold your head up and keep going. This is an important lesson to remember when you’re having a rough day, a bad month, or a crappy year. Truth be told, sometimes the hardest lessons to learn are the ones your spirit needs most. Your past was never a mistake if you learned from it. So take all the crazy experiences and lessons and place them in a box labeled “Thank You.” — Manisha Shrestha Bundela

“Always have personal boundaries so that when certain people leave you, you can always bounce back and become more resilient in life. You cannot please everybody and what’s the point in doing that? As long as you fulfill your ultimate purpose in life and you are happy deep within, all negative people and negative events are manageable. When you focus yourself to the people, things, and activities that really matter, you protect yourself from anything less than what you deserve. You can always have both positive and negative feedback in your life, but it is in your hand on how to manage them and use them constructively. You are only given ONE LIFE here on Earth, so why waste your time being depressed or being too negative? Happiness lies within you, discover what makes you happy, continue doing your passion, and continue striving towards the fulfillment of your dreams and your ultimate purpose. People come and go, and as long as you have Him, you have everything, and you will feel complete.”
